The most common questions about the HOUMER rental-market monitor — answered briefly and honestly.
Daily. Every night HOUMER re-scans all connected sources and continuously checks whether already-listed apartments are still online. You always see the current state of the market — including freshly added and recently deactivated listings.
From property portals, classifieds and regional media — currently incl. Kleinanzeigen, Wohnungsbörse, Immowelt, Immonet, OVB-Immo, WG-Gesucht and Ohne-Makler. A full overview is on the Sources page. We link the original ad for every listing.
The same apartment often appears on several portals. HOUMER detects these duplicates via a signature of location, rooms, area and price and merges them into a single entry — across sources. You see each apartment only once.
Yes. Via “Print / as PDF” you generate a clean, newspaper-style report of the complete regional market from the overview — with a QR code per listing linking to the online exposé. Ideal to take along or archive.
HOUMER is live in the city and district of Rosenheim. Roll-out to further regions — Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Cologne, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf — is planned for 2026/27. See the Regions page for the latest status.
All of them. HOUMER runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and smartphone. For the best table view on mobile, rotate to landscape — or export the market as a PDF.
